GUIDELINES

Evans Catering takes pride in all of our services. The guidelines listed below help us keep our great professionalism and ensures clients are informed to our best ability. If you have any questions or concerns, please bring them up during your consultation!

Evans Catering Agreement

To reserve your date, we require a signed contract between Evans Catering and the client with a valid card on file for all catering events. Tax exempt letter must be sent in prior to signing contract to be accepted. 

Menu Requirements

A final menu must be chosen no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Any changes within that two week window may incur an additional charge. 

Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of contract signing. The outstanding balance is due 5 days prior to the date of the event. The client is responsible for entire guest count, regardless of attendance. 

Cancellation Policy

Contracts may be cancelled three weeks prior to the event date with no additional charges. If a contract is cancelled within three weeks of the event date, an additional 30% of the total event cost will be charged to the card on file. 

Late Booking Fee

Catered events booked within seven days notice will be charged an additional $75 along with the deposit to secure your date.
